Land for sale?

Hi ladies!

My FI and I are looking to purchase land to build on. We're in Deep River (near Chester and Old Saybrook). We're looking online and have driven around a bit looking for land. 

We're just starting out, but I figured I'd throw it out here to see if anyone knew of any plots for sale :)

    Its funny that you post this because my FI and I are planning the same thing.  We are looking at Deep River or Cobalt.  You can actaully just go to any realtors website (I prefer calcagni.com and realtors.com) and you look for posting of just land for sale.  I've found some really nice plots for pretty reasonable prices!   Good Luck :)
