I posted this in TK sale post but I don't want it to get lost!

I was thinking of taking advantage of the personalized napkins & matches sale.

How many do you get? Does it go by guest?

We are having 320ish (as of right now) and someone told me to think about 2-3 per guest.

Is that right???

for napkins id get like 2 per guest. not everyone is going to use them.

for matchbooks/boxes id get just one per guest since theres plenty of matches in there...maybe a few extras in case extra people come or people take two

I made my own, but I did 2 per guest (maybe some extra) and there were a good number left over. They were out on the bar, and the servers were giving them out with the passed hors d'vours as well. We didn't take the extras home, it wasn't worth it!

I'm a corporate event planner and the rule of thumb we use for logo'd napkins is 5 per guest. However, we typically have lots left over so I'd shoot for 3-4 per guest.
