Other outfits needed?

Besides "the DRESS," what other outfits are needed?  Rehearsal dinner dress?  Shower dress?  Going out for the bachelorette?  Engagement photos? What else?

~THE dress
~Engagement Party Dress
~Bridal Shower Dress
~Bachelorette Party Dress
~Rehearsal Dinner Dress
~"Bride" tank top while getting ready for the wedding
~"Just Married" tank top worn on the plane when leaving for the HM

My MOH also bought me "Just Married" flip flops that left the words in the sand on the beach on our HM. HTH!

I had my wedding gown and wore a dress I already owned for my shower. Same with my bachelorette outing and the RD.  I did buy a cute new top for our e-pics. Otherwise, I didn't shop everytime a wedding-related event came up.

I also didn't buy any of the Just Married / Bride items - I see them as a waste of money, personally, but to each her own.

I did, however, splurge on some cute new dresses for our HM (Greece & Italy).

I also didnt buy too much new stuff. I had the wedding dress and shower dress. I figured I would just wear something I already had if we did a bachlorette night and I'll be going to the rehersal dinner right from work so work clothes it is. That'll be a day I dress up there more than usual though I agree with the PP that the just married stuff it kind of a waste of money. I would rather put it towards something we can both use.

For the record I was semi kidding about the married clothes. I got a tee to wear while getting ready - and ones for all the girls. I actually am making them. Saved a ton, I bought inexpensive tees at Kohls with a coupon and the irons off ebay for next to nothing. And I am going to make another tee to wear while on the cruise - hoping for a free drink or two

I think new clothes to buy to wear on your honeymoon are always ok I'm using that excuse this summer when I go shopping. The tough part though is to save them for the actual honeymoon and not wear them beforehand!

My twin sister actually just gave me her "bride" and "just married" tank tops so that they get to be used more than once! one of the benefits of having a twin I guess but you could totally do that with friends or family members who have recently gotten married and are similar in size

My "Bride" and "Just Married" tank tops were super cheap to make and weren't expensive at all so they definitely weren't a waste of money. I bought the $2 tank tops from Old Navy during their sale and then ironed on the words. MOH and I did this for the whole bridal party so we could wear them while getting ready. Much better than dropping $15-$20 per shirt online or in stores. HTH!

I wore something to my shower, my girl's day, my work shower, the rehearsal and I totally had comfy and easy clothes until I got into my dress.
