still need photographer, florest, and limo help

so i need a florest still but only for my ceremony my reception includes centerpeice flowers, i have a very tight budget i have 7 bridesmades 7 groomsmen and a ring beerer and flower girl so i would need flowers for them. plus some flowers for the church nothing over the top. plus corsages for my mom my mil, and my grandma plus a flower for my dad. my brother just got married and they had a small  wedding party and my sister in laws flowers were 100 per bouquet to me thats a lot of money x's 7  my bridesmade flowers are going to be simple, is that the going rate for buquets can i get them for less than that. 

i also need a photographer my budget for photgraphy is about 1500 for 8 hours i dont even know if that is possible my brother offered him and my sister in law to do the pictures they have a camera and shes really good at photo taking and my brother does graphic design work on the side and can edit the photos and such but the more we talk i feel like he should enjoy my wedding and not have to worry about my pictures

i also need a party bus or hummer i was told the hummers cant come into ct because they are illegal but i have seen out of state ones driving around before. 

i was quoted by one limo company cant remember the name for a party bus 1400 they bring me and my mades to the church pick up the rest of the party after the cermoney take us to pictures and then the reception.  my brother had a small party 2 girls 2 guys plus 2 ring beers and 2 flower girls they got a 8 passanger strech limo and paid 400 plus tip for there wedding. they used beverly hills limo. could the party bus be more money?

my other thought was just me and the girls go to the church in the limo when the ceremony is over everyone else gets a ride to pictures. and just me my fiance and my moh and best man would ride in the limo. but then i feel like i am leaving them out 

my venue after all is said and done will be around 8600 that includes sit down dinner open bar desert table, dj cake and centerpeices 

my wedding budget for everything is 15000  if u add in my dress and alterations it brings it to 16000 oh our wedding is in the central ct area so anyone from the state is ok for vendors

You can't get a CT limo company to get you a limo but they may have a party bus.

FWIW, I vote tell the BP to drive their own cars and take the money you wanted to spend on the transportation and put it into the photography.   That will get you a photographer with a better package.    We did have a limo but it would have been the first thing we cut since we were only in there with the BP for 20 minutes.

We used Mike Ross for photography, City Line on the Trumbull Stratford line for flowers and I loved both.   City Line will work with any budget and Mike Ross was fabulous.   We spent more than your budget but IMO we got great photos and it was worth it.

I also suggest Eric Brushett photography. He tries to work with everyone's budget. Plus his work is fantastic!!

We aren't renting a limo. Sorry I can't help there!

We are using Stylish Blooms and Melissa was great about sticking to our budget. Our bouquets are a lot less than $100/each.

You can get a party bus, but from the research I did it was cheaper for us to get two limos. Our bridal party is smaller thought, so definitely price out a couple of different options.

In terms of photography, Its possible, but you may have better luck around 1800. You may just have to ask around a lot. One suggestion, only because it's a mistake we almost made was using a friend.  We were going to have some old co-workers of FI who take amazing photos do our wedding. I'm glad we decided against that because that for a couple of reasons. A) professionals know all the right moments to take a photo. They've done it a bunch of times and B)we had another friend take engagement pictures over the summer - still haven't gotten them back at all. Because he's a good friend, and did us a favor, I haven't pushed the issue, but i'm kind of bummed because I want to see them before the wedding.

I second Eric Brushett He is our wedding photographer and is amazing. He is budget friendly and our e-pics came out great! We can't wait to work with him on our wedding day.

I looked into a double decker hummer out of white plains...Mgucci is the name of the company...my mom met with them the hummer is a bit beat up but getting redone in march....typical limo use though nothing horrible on the inside...outside is spotless

it was $1200 for the 3hours i needed it and no travel time fees.....

i am either going with that or going with

carriage limo's 22 or 24 pass bus

i have a Wedding party of 21 and we are doing a 1st look so everyone will need to be in it with us

I cant help ya on photographers or flowers though....

We're using a big yellow school bus (check with the local town or Dacco).  $400 for the night with multiple times for pick-ups and we're using it to transport us and our guests from the hotel to the venue (ceremony and reception are in the same place).
