FI wants to take me on the Spirit of Norfolk dinner cruise for my birthday...any reviews? Also, has anyone been on tour at the Naval Base? I would like to take him while we are there. TIA!

A lot of people check Trip Advisor but sometimes they don't so I always like to check. Hopefully someone on here has some personal experience.
