Thailand in October?!

Has anyone been or planning a honeymoon/trip to Thailand in October?
Getting married on Oct 13th & we really want to go directly on our honeymoon but its also still considered rainy season .. any thoughts?

That is where we are probably going at the end of Oct.  I've heard rainy season typically starts the middle of Nov, so we are cutting it close

I've heard that the rainy season in Thailand is actually in the summer, June to October or so?

In my very limited honeymoon research it seems like everywhere will tell you things that are totally different. Maybe if you know someone who has traveled there in the fall?

Thailand any time of the year is amazing. If you are going to a resort the weather is never bad enough that you can't enjoy it.

I went in mid September last year. No rain for us!
