Vendor Meetings

So I am a little less than 3 months out and I am wondering when to schedule our final meetings with out vendors. I would probably need to meet with the florist, photographer and DJ as well as my venue. How far in advance did everyone do this. Thanks!

    Our wedding is June 30th.  We met with our DJ in mid april, our florist end of April, we aren't meeting with our photographer again, and we met with our venue at the end of April (even though it was supposed to be 1 month before, not 2).

    Haha, I need to get on that! Our wedding is... 39 days away! I met with my florist mid-April ish. I haven't met with my DJ or photographer or videographer yet. )=

    We met with our photographer about a month in advance and with our florist and DJ 3 weeks before. We had a meeting with our venue 1.5 months out, and we'll have another one 2 weeks before.

    We met with the DJ about 2 weeks before hand, venue just 3 days before hand, and photographer just a phone call about 2 weeks out as she doesn't usually meet with the couple again.  Flowers I would say 2 weeks out as well.
