    My sister used Starry Night. I would look elsewhere. He is budget friendly, and although he wasn't awful, there are definitely much better options.

    We were planning on using Starry Nite, but he became pushy. We didn't like that at all. I heard from a lot of people that he isn't too bad, but there are other options budget wise. We are using Gary Sherrick out of Milford. I can PM you his contact info if you want. He's just as budget friendly as Starry Nite and has done a bunch of events for me and my family.
