Hi everyone.  How far in advance should shower invitations be sent out?  Is one month before the shower too late?  Thanks!

I think 1 month is the norm but if you can get them out sooner, do it

My mom said my shower invites will be going out within the next week and my shower is on May 22nd so about a month or a little more I think is the norm. I normally receive shower invites anywhere from 3-6 weeks in advance. HTH!

Thanks, ladies!  I was getting nervous because mine is 5 weeks away and invitations haven't gone out yet!  I hope they send them soon.

i think you're fine with a month before!  mine weren't sent out much before that.  although if you have guests that will need to fly in, maybe have a relative or your MOH call/email them a heads up?
