Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions

Hello- Does anyone have suggestions for a place to hold a rehearsal dinner in/around Niantic? I don't know the area very well. TIA

What kind of atmosphere are you thinking of?  I can try to think of something but my cousin just did Illiano's catering at our house so I don't have experience with it down there.

Not looking for anything fancy, FI would probably be happy with a picnic and a campsite @ Rocky Neck BUT that will not be happening. Anyway, I really don't know any restaurants in the area and we live over an hour away so I was just wondering if anyone had recommendations for the area, we don't have to stay in Niantic, if there is a nice place is a surrounding town, like Mystic, that is good too.

We had ours at The Fisherman in Noank and the food was great!  Michael was really great to work with! We went there right after our rehearsal in Niantic

There are a bunch of nice places in Mystic.  We debated having our rehearsal dinner there too.  My FMIL is familiar with the area and the restaurants she suggested we look at were:  Bravo Bravo, The Steak Loft, Lattitude and The Wood Grill at the Flood Tide Inn.  I haven't seen any of these places personally and my FMIL tends to have expensive taste so they may not be what you're looking for.  Ultimately, we decided on a more reasonable place in New London where the rehearsal is actually taking place.  GL! :-)
