We are having our wedding there!! Absolutely LOVE it!! Actually, my FI's cousin is also engaged and getting married there in June.  We had absolutely no clue where each other picked and we ended up at the same place 9 months apart!

It's beautiful there! Such a rustic kind of place with a modern twist to it.  The scenery is amazing - from the ballrooms, it over looks the countryside so during the fall it's beautiful.  We are actually having our ceremony at a church but they also have a nice area near a waterfall for a ceremony as well as tons of grounds for pictures! I would definitely say they are worth at least checking them out.  It will seem like the are out in the boon docks but its def worth it! And the food is absolutely TO DIE FOR!!  They had a bride there that won Four Weddings on TLC and got 1st place from all the other brides for the food.  We had our tasting already and we wanted to take home our leftovers!

Alright I can tell I'm starting to go crazy about this! I will stop it here but if you have any questions feel free to PM me!

Thanks so much!  I am excited to check them out now.  How is the price?  I called and left a message but haven't heard back yet.

I got married there 10/2/10....and definitely would reccomend it

The food was amazing, everyone complimented on how good it was (If you ever watch Four Weddings, they got a perfect score for their food)

The cost of your flowers and cake is included in the overall cost.....But it worked for us, we didn't have to decide on a bakery or a florist......We just picked which cake we liked and that piece of planning was done (No complaints, cake was good)....And I just had to tell/show the florist what I liked and was thinking....and she came through with better than what I had pictured in my head

We got married out by the waterfall, they had it set up perfect...especially in Fall with the leaves and pumpkins....We were very happy with everything from planning (Linda is very nice) right up through the wedding

Prices depend.  You could either spend quite a bit or you can keep it really low.  It's really up to you.  I actually have their 10-11 wedding packages that I can send you in a PM.  Obviously the prices will probably go up a little bit for next year, but you can get an idea.  And you don't have to use their florist if you don't want.  I am from Norwich and wouldn't think of using anyone other than LaFrancois's so we decided to do a package that didn't include it.  It's all comparable though.  We went with the Princess Buffet package because we didn't really feel the need for a served meal and we liked the idea of having carving stations.  And we aren't having our ceremony there so we didn't need a horse drawn carriage, flowers, etc.  So it's really up to you.  I know that Linda is taking a long weekend but try emailing her too.  She's usually really fast about getting back with emails.  Hope this helps!!

Oh I guess you can't send attachments in a PM.  If you want to PM me with your email address I can send it to you.  If not, I can try to summarize.  To give you an idea, ours was $54 per person with the cake included.

We are looking into Wrights Mill as well.  Do you know if the price includes bar service or is that extra?
