If you can't find any to buy used, I got mine at TableClothsFactory.com.  Their prices are very reasonable.  I ended up with the crinkle taffeta ones.  Very nice quality and it's free shipping right now.  They're also running a sale on the crinkle taffeta runners at the moment.  It'll cost you a little more than $25, but not a lot more.
