Has anyone booked a venue before it was finished? If so, what was your experience like. Thanks!

    My wedding is booked there May 24, 2013. I was just up in CT on Oct 7th and got to go see all they have done so far.

    My sister booked at the Waterview while it was in the process of being built.  She had no problems.
