Photography Help

I have finally made a list of some photographers I may want to meet with, but there are too many, so I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on a few. I plan on making appointments with Alison Alger, and HK photography since they were highly recommended. The others are ones I have found or have had friends recommend.

I need feedback on..

1. Benoit Photography - Bristol, CT
2. Pete Black -  somewhere near the shore, CT?
3. The Pros -  I'm skeptical because they are one of those big weird companies...but has anyone used them??

    I signed up for some information from the pros and they did not stop hounding me. Calls texts emails. They're one of those pairing companies and completely turned me off with the amount of calls and texts they were bombarding me with.

    Haven't heard anything good about the Pros...havent heard of the first two at all, which IMO, is usually a good thing- people will make sure it's known when they do not have a good vendor!

    The pros are actually a company that sub-contracts out their clients. So you never know what you will end up with.

    Lots of us on here also recommend Claudia. Fabuluxephotos.com

    Out of the 3, I've only heard of the Pro's and the reviews weren't positive. You should check out Photology Studios based out of Milford. I used them for my Trash the Dress and they are great to work with plus their prices are very reasonable. http://photologystudios.com

    Thanks so much for the help!! I figured that the pros wouldn't be a good choice...but I just needed someone to confirm it! I may also check out the others that you mentioned!  :)

    I just used the pros for my wedding and i suggest you look at my review I just posted. Don't even consider them. The pricing is nice but its really not worth it. Spend the extra money and get pictures you'll be able to treasure!

    If you're still open to suggestions, check out TAB Photographic. Tim is a great guy, was willing to work with our budget to be affordable, and is really creative. We just did our engagaement pics and I can't wait to see them--I feel like he got some awesome shots! Good luck :)

    Peter Black was the photographer at my best friend's wedding. Amazing pics at an amazing price. Ho books strictly by word of mouth only. I would check his availibility ASAO
