Fi's flight is landing in less than an hour!  but then he has to stand in the horrible immigrant line at JFK   But then I get to see him!!  Yay!!

Yay! It's always so fun to reunite with the FI after a few weeks apart.

I get to experience the joys of JFK immigrations next weekend. Hopefully it won't be too bad!

Hmmm not sure what's going to make me happy today... I just bought some kettle corn at the grocery store for my afternoon snack... I'm pretty excited about that lol.

Going to the gym is going to make me happy because I had to miss yesterday.

That's awesome that you get to reunite with the FI, that's always an amazing feeling! :-)

This wonderful weather's making me pretty happy! Minus, i'm stuck at work and not outside soaking it in.

Also, yesterday we had a meeting at work with all the co-workers. At the end of the meeting my boss brought out a little kids sand bucket(filled with sand) and shovel. She then had 5 gifts wrapped. The first 2 were a barbie in a bathing suit, and Ken in his bathing suit. The next 2 was sunblock and Aloe Vera, ha ha.. and when I opened the last gift it was a 4 night stay at a Country Inn and Suites that's beachfront on Virginia Beach :-) I was totally shocked! I couldn't believe they all pitched money in and were all able to pull it off without letting the cat out of the bag!!

So i'm definately looking forward to it :-) it's booked for after the wedding.

Bells - I'm craving cheese right now and am investigating where to get a grilled cheese for lunch as that sounds so much better than salad!

I'm so happy that its almost 12 and its nice out and I have to go to the bank and I will probably stop at Starbucks which will put me in a good mood .

Yay! That's awesome! I agree with pps, reuniting is one of the best feelings ever.

I'm going to clean when I get off work tonight. Which normally wouldn't make me happy at all but I know the end result will make me SO happy.

When I came in @ weeks ago it was bad.  Hopefully, it won't be for you!!   And LOVE me some Kettle corn!!

Lately, wedding presents in the mail are making me happy. My aunt and uncle are from texas and not able to make the wedding, and this is the third package Ive gotten from them. 

We've gotten an ice bucket, beer glasses, wine glasses, and some decorated wine glasses.  Its crazy.

Nancy, how long since you saw him last?  That's so exciting that you get to see him!  FI and I were separate for just over 2 weeks and it SUCKED!  Can't imagine going longer than that!

We hadn't seen each other since June 11th!  Past summers we've been apart for 2 months or so b/c I don't work in the summer in Italy so I come to NY.  But now that we'll be married, I won't be doing that anymore.

As far as going through customs, he landed at 11.45 he came out at like 1.30!  Horrible!

Schatzi, how long have you and your FI been apart?

What I am happy about today is that it was the last day of science club. The kids are great, especially this year, but now my summer vacation really begins!
