Hartford Ceremony

We're having our reception at the Gershon Fox Room in Hartford, but want to explore our options for having the ceremony somewhere else. Does anyone know of somewhere good to do a ceremony in or close to Hartford?? It'll be winter, so outside is out!
We looked into the Old State House, but they wanted almost $3000.

It's bumped over to page 2 now but MsDiamond did a really great review comparing Gershon Fox with the Society Room.  (Other than that, I'm not too familiar with the Hartford area)

Hartford City Hall is beautiful and close by.

FI and I are debating between The Society Room and G. Fox Room. G. Fox may win bc my FI is super cheap and will save money whenever he can!

We want to get married next Dec. and we were looking into having our ceremony at the Asylum Hill Cngregational Church. It's a Protastant church and the sanctuary is AMAZING!!! The only thing that stinks is you cannot use your own minister if you have one. You have to use their staff. If that is not a problem for you...you're all set!
