Cascade Brides!!!

Hey guys, I have Cascade Fine Catering booked for my May 24th 2012 wedding, just a few quick questions:

-How did you go about having a cake tasting and whatnot? and when should I do this?

-When did you go to discuss your menu, table linens ect?

-Any photos of your ceremony/reception out there? all I've been able to really see are the ones on the website, and the 1 wedding our photographers have done there.

Also any advice regarding the place is very much appreciated, TIA!!!

Thank you so much!! All the photos are absolutely stunning!! I've been working mostly with Rosa, but when she had her baby over the summer I did have the pleasure of speaking with Domenic. I wish I could head up there all the time, but unfortunatley schedules dont allow it. Do you happen to remember what the ceremony site looked like at the time? I've been having a difficult time decided if I'll need floral arrangements for it.

Rosa is great to work with as well!!

They always keep the grounds maintained. We always go up for their Mother's day brunch and everything looks seasonably decorated.
