Pressing/Steaming Dress Question

The bridal shop I got my dress from said they would steam the dress right before the wedding for me, but they have since closed....ugh.

I'm getting it altered slightly but the seamstress said she doesn't have a professional steamer and because there are pleats in the train, I should probably get it professionally pressed prior to the wedding.  I called one dry cleaners and it was around $100 to press it.  Is this normal?  Are there any other places to get this done or a the drycleaners the best?

Thanks!!!
