Hall Rentals that are nice?

I was wondering if anyone knows of any halls for rent that are modern and updated looking.  I don't want something with wood paneling or animals/murals on the walls.

We are going to look at the West River Hall in West Haven, but I was looking for other option to compare.

What about the Savin rock conference center in west haven?? I think its $700 for the big room.

Glastonbury Community Center is really nice, I think it's about $150-$200 per hour.
