    I am July 14, 2012! Who is everyone using for your invitations? It is one of the last things I have to decide on. 

    Also, is anyone having difficulty with the limited amount of rooms they provide at the discounted rate at Foxwoods?

    Who are you ladies using for a JP?

    Stacy-  I am using the following:
    Flowers - Sharon Elizabeth's
    Photography - HK Photography
    Music - DJae Melee
    I think I am doing high centerpieces. I am not upgrading chairs or linens.

    DL- They only allow 20 rooms per hotel owned by the casino. How many rooms did you want to block?

    I am using Broadview Garden Center in Westerly, RI for my florist and Bob Young with Blue Diamond Photography.

    We are having around 180 guests and almost my entire fiance's side is coming from out of town so we really need more than the 40 rooms that they allow in the casino hotels.

    Where are you girls setting up the table escort table?

                                               Rob Alberti, Afterhours DJ
                                               Pamela at Tra La La invites in Mystic, CT
    IWe're having 175 guests - and most of my bridal party are staying the night so i'm reserving 15 rooms.

    I have no idea where I'm setting up the escort table...I'm having a photobooth and a candy buffet - Does anyone know how many bars there are?

    Thanks for sharing your vendors! Is anyone planning on going to the bridal showcase in January? I am.

    I thought the escort table would go just outside the room to the right under a large painting. I'm going to have my bar set-up across from it. We're also having 175 guests. I think there is only one bar but I could be wrong.

    Sami - I like the photobooth idea - is your photographer providing it?

    We have just a few out of towners so the room block isn't a problem for me.
