Hi everyone!
My fiance and I are considering having Coastal Gourmet cater our reception. I have a large portuguese family and the food is always a big deal at weddings. I am hoping I can incorporate some authentic portuguese food. I'm wondering how flexible CG is with something like this.
For example, perhaps between thier regular salad course and entree we have a portuguese caterer bring in a course to be served family style on platters to each table of a portuguese dish.
Anyone have any experience with something like this?
