Help!! Justice of Peace

My fiance and I are having the hardest time finding a JP for our wedding! We wanted to find a Korean/American JP as  I am Korean but i can't seem to find anything! Does anyone have any good recommendations on a good JP (doesn't have to be Korean/American!)

Also we both live in MA but we are getting married in CT. Do we have to find a JP in CT or MA or does it matter??

Mary Coburn is amazing. She did a wedding I attended and is doing mine.  Very personal without stealing the show.  I have no suggestion on the Koren part.  Can maybe a family memeber get the JP stuff in order to help you guys out?
