Rec AL resorts in May/June

My husband and I are going to start planning our honeymoon for next spring.  We are looking for suggestions regarding AI resorts during May/June 2013.  I've been to a few AI resorts in Cabo/Los Cabos, we are looking at either Mexico or Carribean AI vacations.

We went to the Sun Palace in Cancun this past February.  I would recommend it.

We are going to The Royal Cacun next May. It looks amazingly beautiful and we've heard nothing but excellent things about the resort!
