Ku on Anguilla HELP PLEASE!

HELP?  Has anyone ever been to KU in Anguilla?  It fit our budget and the reviews didn't seem terrible, but now that it has been booked I am finding all of these places that have TERRIBLE reviews!  I am super worried that it is going to be terrible.  Has anyone ever been here?

Have you checked out the reviews on Trip Advisor?  Yes, there are a handful of negative reviews (mostly about the service) but the majority were positive and glowing. The beach looks amazing!
