How Far In Advance Did You Book Your Honey Moon?

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering how far in advance did you book your honeymoon?

 I am getting married June 24th,2011. We are planning going to Italy. We are doing it with a  tour. They bring you to rome,veince , floence, pisa, verona and back to rome. It's about 8 days.

I was thinking about doing it next month,and my fiance is fine with it,but we wern't sure if it was too soon. I am just worried the flights will be booked. I also don't want to  have to pay that off while I am paying for other things the month before and the month of the wedding.

    We went to Europe in September.  I started booking flights and apartments in January.  I'm kinda neurotic like that, though.

    we are marrying end of may...honeymoon beginning of june. I booked last month with our agent! Bora Bora! :)

    We're getting married on June 11th, 2011 and we booked our honeymoon about 2 weeks ago. Seems like a lot of girls with the June wedding month are getting theirs out of the way early.

    We're getting married next weekend (EEK!), going on our HM the first week of Nov, and booked in Oct. 09.  We're going to the Grand Canyon and HAD to make our room reservations that early.

    If you're going to Europe in June, book your tours/rooms early!  June-August are the big tourist months.  FI and I went to Paris and Amsterdam a few years ago and the prices rose dramatically from May to June.  Be prepared for things to cost more than they do now.

    We are also going to Europe in June for our honeymoon.  I've been very tempted to book flights, but I have heard to wait until after the holidays, as sales will then start for the spring/summer.   I'm going to check prices again in January.

    JamieMarie we have also gone with advice to wait until Jan to book.  Let's keep our fingers crossed.
