Good news - I booked my honeymoon last night and got the perfect flight!
Bad news - I booked on American Airlines, which as of this morning has declared bankruptcy (my luck!)
I know the news says that it'll basically be "business as usual" for ticket holders, however I would guess this is meant more short-term and things may change in the long-term. My honeymoon is in August, so I'm worried that between now and then the airline will reduce the number of flights or change flight schedules, etc.
For those of you that were in a similar situation when other airlines declared bankruptcy, did you find that it impacted your travel plans?
