Tipping advice please!

Hello all!
My fiance and I just booked our honeymoon at Dreams in Puerto Vallarta. It's an AI, so I was was wondering what the standards are for tipping? Also, we want to go in to town one or two days while we're there. How much does jewelry and things go for? TIA!

    We usually tipped a dollar every time we got drinks and if we went to a restaurant we would leave a few as well. Tips are usually included but we noticed that we got above and beyond service when we tipped. Not that it wasn't bad service to begin with, we had great service all the time but they really appreciated it.

    Our resort had a jewelry store but it was a bit on the expensive side so we didn't buy anything.
