searching for the perfect tropical honeymoon!

Ladies, I need your help!  My fiance and I have NO IDEA where to go for our honeymoon. 
Well that's not entirely true.  We know that we want to be on a tropical beach with gorgeous clear blue water, white sand, and preferrably no children.  Those are our only stipulations...we are in serious need of advice! 
As her contribution to the wedding, my future M-I-L has generiously offered to pay for our honeymoon provided we make sure it is all inclusive. 
We are getting married Memorial Day weekend, but we're most likely waiting until later in the summer to take our honeymoon.
HELP!!

It would definitely help if we had an idea of your budget.  Some ideas with clear blue water, white sand and no children -

Mexico- in particular, Riviera Maya
Dominican Republic - Pun.ta Cana
Fiji  - the resorts we're staying at include all meals and non-alcoholic drinks

There are lots of resorts that are AI and adults-only.

The only thing I'd be careful about is late summer = the start of hurricane season in the Caribbean.  That's why I threw out the idea of Fiji.

My fiance and I just decided to go to the Secrets Maroma Resort in Rivera Maya, Mexico. We are going at the end of July. It is an adult-only resort and has EXCELLENT reviews on tripadvisor.com. I heard the beach is amazing and their are a variety of things to do. We are so exicted! It's definately worth checking out. Good luck in your decision!
