AW: My first bouquet! PIP

So yesterday in my flower design class we made bouquets! It's more like the bouquet bunch you pick up in the supermarket but our teacher explained that the exact same technique is used to make wedding bouquets. At least one of the various techniques there are for wedding bouquets.

Anyway I was excited to learn how to do this and after all it wasn't so bad!! It looks like it won't be very difficult at all to make my BM bouquets the day before.

I'm looking forward to playing around with colors and flowers and decide how they will look!

Schatzi, I found a video and link that might help! I promise it's not too hard. If you're mixing flowers, separate them, lay them all out and add them to your bouquet in the same order. That's what helps distribute them evenly. If it's a bigger bouquet and your hand or arm starts hurting, you're doing it right haha! If you ever need any help or have questions let me know!

Her bouquet is a round one so you'll see how she places them accordingly. I'll have to try that next time.

This one shows better that twisting move you need to do throughout the whole bouquet to ensure it holds up and how to always put the flower to the same side. My teacher said left side, this link says to the right side. I don't think it matters and anyway the right side looks easier to hold and twist.
