Has anyone ever been here before? We just booked our honeymoon and would love to hear how everyone felt about it!

I went there in March...they were changing management..with that being said..here are my thoughts

The food was amazing..drinks were good (make sure you ask for name brand liquor.)

I can't stress this enough...make sure you book an oceanside room...if not you will get what we got...the swamp rooms...if you read the tripadvisor.com reviews you will hear all about them. Our room was facing a swamp and we even saw an alligator!

BUT....we had a great time because we were on a resort in paradise.

My fiance and I just spent 5 days there in September 2010 (actually got engaged there)...we loved it! 
Agree with other post, ask for the name brand drinks.  Food was great, and we are pretty critical on food.  Even the buffet (which usually gets a bad rap) was great.  We usually did that for breakfast and lunch just to grab soemthing quick.  Omelettes in the morning were very well made.
The staff there can't seem to do enough for you, or ensure everything is as you want it to be.  We were always being asked, how are you, how is your trip, can we help you with anything.  AND, they are always cleaning the resort.
As for the rooms, again, very happy.  One recommendation we heard and took advantage of is to book a room you are going to be comfortable in (budget and comfort wise) and then when you get there ask if any upgrades are available (if they don't do it automatically because it's your honeymoon).  They may offer you the chance to upgrade to their preferred club, for a minimal amount (we paid $30-$50/nite) and that gets you a few extra perks like complimentary internet in the lounge, an extra self service bar and all day snacks in the lounge, ocean view rooms and a few other things.

Thanks for the advice!! I will have to double check but I am pretty sure that we are already booked in a preferred club room (one with a jucuzi on the balcony) but I will have to check on that oceanside thing. My aunt is a travel agent so she upgraded us for our wedding gift! I CANT WAIY!!
