My fiance and I want to get married in the Outer Banks, but living so far from there makes it difficult to just hop in the car and go to look at reception places. I wanted to know if anyone has planned or is currently planning a beach wedding that could give me some advice. I've heard that you have to get a permit to have a wedding on the beach. Is that true? Please help
