ceremony location ideas

Hi! Does anyone have any suggestions for a ceremony location for my sister planning a wedding next fall? They do not belong to a church and do not want to become members anywhere just to get married. Are there churches out there that marry you without having to become a member? They aren't set on it being in a church either but do want it indoors. They've called Botanical Gardens, Joslyn Art Museum and Durham and non of those are in the budget and/or are booked.

    Check out Christ Community Church in Omaha. They're decently priced. It's about $400 or so to rent the chapel and you don't have to be a member. That's where I'm getting married at. And then you can either have their pastor marry you (I believe it's $150 and then they have their pre-marital classes) or you can bring in your own pastor. HTH!

    We got married at our reception site, but I know the minister that married us allows non-members to get married at the church. 


    They were great to work with!
