Wedding welcome bags for out of town guests - help!

I am trying to get ideas on my out of town wedding welcome bags.  I thought it would be nice to put in some snacks and things that are 'local' to Omaha.  I'm not going to stick an Omaha Steak in them so does anyone have any unique ideas?

Soaring Wings Wine and Bakers Chocolates, located in Springfield and Greenwood (5 and 25 minutes out of Omaha). Otherwise I would check out Nebraska at the Market store on the corner of 13th and Jones I think

We had cake-pops made with the state team's logo on it.  They were a HUGE hit--and delicious!

Use things like "Big Red" gum, Kool Aid packets as Kool Aid is made in Nebraska.  So is Dorothy Lynch dressing.  Print off fun facts about Nebraska for your guests. as well.
