Hot dog or taco cart - Lincoln?

My fi and I would really like to have a hot dog or taco cart outside of our wedding reception as a late night snack. We are getting married in downtown Lincoln (Rococo) and thought it would be cool following the reception at midnight. Anyone every done this, seen this or know of a contact to rent a hot dog or taco cart in Lincoln??

There's a guy that runs a hot dog cart downtown in nice weather, over the lunch hours and after the bars close. I assume he owns it. Don't know how to contact him, but you can usually find him close to the Union Bank/Nelnet building in the 11:30-2 time frame. I know you can find him in different places on O st. downtown too.

I wish I would of ran across this several months ago.

I own and operate I New York style Hot Dog stand that specializes in providing services for private events in the Lincoln and sorrounding area.  Over this summer I catered two seperate weddings at the Grande Manse in Lincoln.
