Outdoor wedding

My daughter is getting married this summer and would like an outdoor wedding. Can you suggest cheap or free locations in the Kansas City or Omaha area? The wedding will be fairly large, probably 200 guests or so.  We will need to be able to put up a tent or have a shelter available.  Thanks.

    Have you looked in to Elmwood Park? I looked in to possibly having my ceremony at Elmwood Park Grotto, but I know the park is HUGE and you could always do the ceremony at the Grotto and move to another area for the reception (since the grotto is fairly small). Otherwise I would suggest maybe having the ceremony at one of the Omaha Parks (Elmwood Park, Mt Vernon Gardens [this is where i'm having mine], Gerald R Ford Birthplace) and then renting a hall for the reception. You could check out VFW or Firefighter halls if you're on a tight budget, otherwise I'm renting Legacy Hall for $1300 (Friday night) and they allow you to bring in your own catering, which saved me a BUNCH.
