So my top 2 venues are not possible.

1st being Bella Collina- I have to many guests and it's WAY too expensive.
2nd being the Orlando Science Center- we wanted it so bad we cut down our guest list, but in order to make it happen we would have to move our date up by 3 months.

My next choice is Rosen Shingle Creek. We haven't gone to visit it yet, but I like the looks of it so far.

If that doesn't work out, we are going to check out the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott at Grand Lakes.

Any one been to or have had their wedding at either the Rosen or Grand Lakes?

I have stayed at the Rosen SC for a music conference.  I know it's not exactly the same as working with a DOC and planning a reception, but our dinners were provided by the Rosen and everything was really nice (quality and presentation).  The rooms were nice, too, if you're going to have to block some for OOT guests.
