Lock Haven Park Neighborhood Center

Anyone been there? Anyone using it? I was thinking about doing a wedding and reception at Carl T. Langford Park, but the parks director said she didn't reccommend doing the reception there and suggested the Lock Haven Neighborhood Center. We are really just looking to do something very informal, which is why I was cool with the picnic idea at Langford Park.

    I don't know what the "Neighborhood Center" is at Lock Haven Park, but if it's the same park I'm thinking of, we're having our ceremony there next March, and it's a gorgeous lawn.  Maybe they meant one of the museums right there?
