My mom is late for everything! We are planning our wedding for the afternoon. How can I tackfully tell my mom she better be on time or we are starting without her?

    Why don't you ask your mom to be with you while you are getting ready and get ready with you that way you know where she will be before the ceremony and thatway she wont be late

    Exactly, keep her within eye shot at all times. Or assign someone to be her keeper. And have a chat with her about how important it is to you for her to be on time. You can also tell her the do or die ready time is half an hour before the actual time.
