Tahiti Honeymoon- feedback?

My fiance and I are thinking of going to Tahit for a honeymoon in Sept. Has anyone been there and have feedback?

    My fFH and I are going to Tahiti for 6 days 5 nights staying at Le Mediien Tahiti in an overwater bungalow.  We are flying from LAX-PPT via Air France May 21st our tickets were $1400pp.  The overwater bungalow is pretty pricy but we looked at it like this is a once in a life time experience - $2500 that includes our room, airport transfer, & taxes.  They also gave us a $100 Euro voucher for the resort.  We choose Tahiti as we were told some of the other islands were too quiet.  As much as we want R&R we want things to do as well.  The main island gives you a lot of options.
