Time is flying by way too fast!! I'll start by saying that I DESPISE TK MOBILE!!! I wish I had a computer at work like normal people. Well granted since I'm an ESL teacher I don't get an office, but still. I hate knotting from my phone

The job that I'm applying for STILL is not posted! The principle of the school called FI last Wednesday to tell him that the job would be posted this week. I know it's only Wednesday morning but I am so antsy!

And I am so so stressed about WR stuff the last handful of days. It's bad. I haven't felt like this at all during the whole process, but now I have a perpetual state of nervousness in my stomach.

My WTF is where did the time go??? I think everything is all of a sudden catching up to me with the planning.  I've had a few minor issues this week, like my bakery deciding they couldn't do allergen free cupcakes all of a sudden and some minor things with my honeymoon that my travel agent should be working on.  I burst into tears twice yesterday at work, luckily I'm the only one in the office, I think its just stress all coming at me at once.

My WTF is I have a wedding this weekend that is going to be an outside ceremony in 90*+ heat with a strong change of T-Storms....They have no indoor ceremony space according to the MOG.  Not a happy camper here.

My WTF is still RSVPs.  My response date was Friday the 22nd, and I need to let the caterer know something tomorrow.  FI hasn't contacted the people I asked him to; who know if FMIL has.  Some of the people I contacted by email have not responded.  Some people give me wishy washy answers, like they have something else going on but are going to try to make it to both.  JUST SAY NO!  It won't hurt my feelings - not giving me a straight answer makes me way more mad than not coming.

We're moving on Sunday.  I'm overwhelmed and tired and really really sick of painting.  There's just so much to do and so little time to do it.  This is also the first time FI and I will be living together so I'm also anxious and excited about it.  I haven't packed a single item at my mom's house yet.  I'm f*cked.

FI and I have been fighting a lot this week over stupid sh*t.  We need a vacation. 

I'm probably going to miss True Blood on Sunday and that makes me sad.

2.5 more weeks left at my current job!

Thanks! No I'm not a teacher, but it's a position in the school he works in. We would actually be working together for about half the day. Part of the job is working with the students that take online classes... keeping them on track, making sure they get their work done, all that. The other part is updating the school's website and Facebook page, and getting any information out to the public. The job title is Date and Communications Coordinator. I've known about the opening for about a month and I've been daydreaming ever since haha.

No you can't miss true blood!!!  I have to say I am not impressed with this season so far.  It better get better!  I am happy we are only going to miss 1 episode on our honeymoon.

Why does my mother continue to change things as we get closer to the date? I don't understand how, with two weeks left, she decides to totally change around things we had in place (and contracted for) back in August. I just don't understand how this is "easier" and "less stressful" when she's changing plans.

It's not for budgetary reasons, either.

Oh and my TK-related WTF is WHERE THE EFF ARE BUTTERFLY'S BACH PICS?

My WTF is money. It's all disappearing! There is so much to get for this wedding... all the little things are SERIOUSLy adding up -- sparklers, matches, disposable cameras, garters, cake knives, necklace, ring, shoes, flower clip... on top of having to purchase a new mattress and dryer. AND with all of the fees for our new apartment. I'm going absolutely broke!

My WTF is also RSVP's. We still have not heard back from about 60% of ppl we invited. Our RSVP date is 7/4 so hopefully we get some more in soon. I hate making those akward phone calls!

NWRWTF: Why do ppl in London not wear deodorant? I realize it's only 60 degrees outside even though it's supposed to be Summer, but it's still 85 in the subway and you ppl smell nasty. Do you not have a sense of smell??

I'm liking it only because Pam is my favorite character and we finally get to see some of her background.  She's my hero.  Also, Jason Stackhouse is so effing cute.  I think it'll def start picking up... there was a lot they had to kind of introduce and lay out first.

k8888 - we are moving on Saturday!!!! I am currently supervising a team of 6 painters running around my house and it is stressing me the eff out. our radon mitigation team was already in and out this morning. I am not good at being a boss and it makes me nervous - I just want to be in here already, gosh darn it!

My WTF is that fiance and I do not know how to be homeowners. We went to the hardware store last night looking for a bunch of random stuff and we were like well, crap. we don't know how to do this. We had trouble even deciding on which garden hose to purchase. tonight we are going to buy some tiling to put in on top of our granite backsplash because we hate how it currently looks with painting behind it. We don't know how to shop for tiling. UGH.

I burned my arm at work last week, so now I have a lovely burn mark, and my cat scratched me on the forehead on Sunday.  Some nice new additions the month before the wedding.  Sounds like I need to go buy myself some Mederma.  

FI and I have been arguing over stupid stuff, too, this week.  We also need a vacay. 

I would also love somebody to come clean our place.  Where is Mary Poppins when you need her?

I have another wtf.

My wedding band came in the mail yesterday (fiance got it from the same guy that made my e-ring in Cincinnati) and it's wrong. It's supposed to just be the same exact band as the band for my e-ring (same width, same size diamonds) but it's not. It's about twice the width/diamond size and it look ridiculous next to my e-ring.

So, with two weeks before the wedding, we have to send it back to Cincinnati and have him re-do it and hope it comes in in time.

The other part of the wtf is that fiance doesn't seem to be concerned and still hasn't called the jeweler to yell at him about this.

butterfly - Can you supervise your team of painters to come finish painting my house?    I would have gladly cut my guest list in half if that meant we could afford to have professional painters come and paint our house.  GLADLY.

I'll be sending you positive moving vibes all weekend so I hope you will do the same for us hahaha.  God help us.

Also, the knowing how to be homeowners will come with time and experience... don't worry about it.  I was fortunate to be forced into learning how to deal with it when my father left and I kind of assumed a lot of his household chores and maintenance because my brother was already out of the house.  I just re-furbished and re-stained our kitchen cabinets myself and it looks like a professional did it.... not to toot my own horn or anything...

Last night I finally finished the seating chart and escort cards, but it was a huge pain. We had to call FI's dad because we realized we had one too many people sitting at their table (someone decided to come last minute... grr) so we had to move people around. Then, FI's brother wanted to bring his friend all of a sudden and I was so POed. He says this person is definitely coming, so I write an escort card for him and add him to our seating chart. Right before we went to sleep, FI got a text from his brother saying the friend can't come. Ughhh... FI also didn't understand why I was annoyed. I really just hate not being organized when it comes to the wedding. Luckily that's all finished and we are handing everything into the venue today.

THIS! I agree completely. I feel like they aren't developing the story line with Tara enough. Have your read the books? The books are much better, IMO.

k8888 wanna come and help with this measly tiling project? it is pretty much nothing but I am nervous about choosing tiles because it's not something I know how to do. 

AND YES i would gladly come supervise your painters!!! We are using part of our wedding $$ from my parents to deal with all this house crap.....unfortunately, professional painters, radon mitigation, a house cleaning team, and movers are eating up most of that gift money.....at least everything is getting done super quickly!!!

not to toot my own horn but I picked out stunning colors for our master bedroom....it is pinterest inspired...in the sleeping area is a watery blue and then in the living space nearby it's a lighter sky-ish blue. OMG i am excited.

My WTF is I gave my notice today and now I really have no motivation to work! What am I seriously going to do for the next 11 days at work?

Also the time, OMG I have soooo much to do and so little time to do it in. Yesterday we met with our DJ, we drove 45 minutes each way for a 20 minute meeting, and to top that off, FI got the date wrong, so we had driven down on Monday thinking the meeting was then. So I really drove 3 hours for a 20 minute meeting..... HUGE waste of time!!
