Beachside ceremony- decorations?

Hi!

I'm planning a destination wedding for next summer, somewhere between Cocoa beach and Melbourne.  My Fiance and I would like to do something on the beach, and we'd like a nice set up with seating, arch, etc. like what I've seen on a lot of beach wedding websites.  HOWEVER, I don't want to purchase a whole package; we are just looking for someone to come and set up the chairs, decorations, etc. and let us handle the rest.

Does anyone have any suggestions, maybe even some DIY tips that would help us out?  Or experience with what does and doesn't work as far as setting up a beach ceremony?  We are planning this from far away so we're really hoping to find people with good references.

Thanks so much!

I was at the beach when a wedding was being set up by the hotel I was staying at. It took them over two hours to do but looked really nice. They even swept the sand all around so it was level. I don't know of any other company that would set that all up and be any cheaper.

Depending on where you get married on the beach, you may have to get the permit and permissions from the city, in which case, I would ask them if they have people that help with that. Otherwise, you would probably need to hire a coordinator and see if they have any day-of packages that would include set up like that.

Also, do you know where you are renting chairs from? Sometimes, the rental company will set chairs up and whatever items you rent from them as well (arch, maybe?)

If you hire a florist, they can usually add decorations to your set up (within reason, of course).

Thanks everyone!  So far it looks like my best bet will be to find the decor myself; most of the vendors who do decorations want us to buy a package, which isn't what we want.  I've had some pretty good luck already online, finding that I can buy most everything for the same price (if not cheaper) than it could cost as part as of package.  Best of all, I've got plenty of time to prepare and family in the area who can help out with prep.  I will look into finding someone who can set up the chairs though, thanks for the tip!
