I'm still vacillating about getting one - I still want my gown to fit like a glove, but dang I want my arms to be tighter.

the place i use is body wrap and tone of winter park. as long as you get a mineral body wrap and not a seaweed one, you should be good to go at the place in ocala, too!

the inch loss you get from a mineral wrap is because of minerals replacing toxins in your body; the wraps were created as a detox process first and then people realized they were losing inches from them. you begin to gain inches back as you ingest and come into contact with more toxins, but you don't gain back by drinking water. the seaweed wraps work by dehydrating you and the inches come back much quicker as you rehydrate yourself. that's about all i know about them, though lol.
