Cakes in Ocala...Help

I am not from Ocala and need advice on cake decorators in the area.  I also would like reviews on Publix cakes, pros and cons.

    I am from Ocala and two bakers in the area that are both popular are:

    1. Betty Cakes (352) 622-3727
         I have had several cakes from her and they are great!! She is very popular in Ocala

    2. Stellas Modern Pantry  http://stellasmodernpantry.com/
         I have heard good thing about them, but have not actually seen or tasted their cake

    If you're doing a publix cake you  run the risk of a very dry cake. It's just not their specialty. (Just went to a wedding a few weekends ago that had a dry publix cake)
