I have gone to Body Wrap and tone (the mummy one) before my wedding and B-pics and both times I lost up to 11 inches.  It's not the most pleasant thing being wrapped like a mummy, but it really works and when you're done, you can actually see the results.  It is perfect before a big event where you want your clothes to fit well and zip easily.

Awesome! I made an appointment for next week and im really excited! I have a wedding to go to next weekend so it will be my trial run before my wedding in a few months.
