Tuesday Accountability!

Ok, girls!  It's the first day after announcing our Mii Fit, Yoo Fit plans, goals, etc.

I haven't yet done the Wii Hula, Push ups, or Squats, but I promise I will and I will check in before the evening is over!!!

How about you???

P.S.  I got that job, btw!!!  I filled out New Hire paperwork today and start Thursday!  *dances*

I haven't exercised today and I really don't plan to, but I wanted to say congratulations on the new job!  LOL

Actually, we're having people over tonight and we might play some Wii swordfighting, so maybe that will count as an arm workout? haha

*Aileen...that definitely counts! lol.  It's something!

Thanks for all the congratulations and support!  I'm excited to start.  Should be a good gig, and definitely in time for the wedding crunch!

I want to lose 48 pounds before my wedding (which luckily is 18 months away!!).  So far I have been kind of dieting on and off.  I started this "kind of dieting" on Jan 3 and have lost 21 pounds (that's in addition to the 48.  I wanted to lose 69 total).

So, for today's accountability I stuck to my diet all day, ran 1.5 miles and walked 3 miles.  I'm hoping to get to that about 3-4 times a week.. but I'm worried about life just getting in the way.

Basically, as long as my scale reads 48 pounds less on the day I get married, I'll be happy!!  =)

Went to the gym today and yesterday! Love that place! I was wondering if everyone else is STARVING after a gym trip...all the rest of the day I can't be satisfied!

I worked 12 hours today, so there was no work out for me.  I ate a good healthy lunch and a "decent" dinner...
Back on to working out tomorrow- day off!!!

    yay congrats on the job!!!
Walking is a good exercise. Your body burns on average 100 calories per mile. It doesn't matter if you run or walk to mile you are still burning those calories running is just more intense and you can get done with the same amount of calories faster.
I ran 3 miles today, did squats and some arm weights. I tried running outside to tan while running but it was so hot I was dieing by 2 miles!

After I go to the gym, I always have a craving for chips and guacamole from Chipotle. Like almost every time. I guess it's not the worst thing in the world though. :)
