Hi all! I am pretty new to the board and have just recently dove into planning our wedding with my fiance James! We are getting married on January 28, 2012 and having our reception at the Winter Park Farmers Market. We have our first catering consultations next week and we couldn't be more excited to plan a fun menu for our guests!

They are on the more expensive end of the spectrum but worth it. Our menu will consist of tons of options, some of which they are creating alongside my chef fiance. Whatever they do, I know it will be epic.
Also, is there something specific you have in mind?
Plated or buffet style?
Is there a certain theme (i.e. Indian weddings) that you are going with?
Hi NotColloquial ~ I'm just kinda looking to see what everyone else is doing and who they are using. But we have approximately 130 people and would like to do a combo of stations and family style service. I would like our budget to stay lower than $50pp, but if the food is amazing, that is what we are really looking for.
