Just wondering if anyone's heard of / used Chef Eddie's in Orlando area for catering? It sounds like awesome southern/soul food. Any issues with serving this at a nice reception? The whole wedding is centered around what we like, some nice formal classy stuff with a comfortable vibe. Thoughts? Thanks!!
