Valentin Imperial Maya??

Anyone have any experience with Valentin Imperial Maya? Other option is Secrets Silversands, but Valentin Imeprial Maya is a better price. Opinions please!

We HMd there and loved it! The food was delicious, the beach was private and lovely, and the grounds immaculate. We had a silver class room and it was perfect for us.  Check out their facebook page for lots of pictures and great info. If you are interested in more detailed info, PM me and I will answer whatever you want about the place! I would write it all here, but sometimes people don't check back and it is a lot to write if nobody wants to see it

We stayed there and it was very nice. The beach was awesome and the pool area was a lot of fun. We were given an upgrade upon check-in so don't forget to ask about that!

The restaurants were very good but stay away from the Italian place- it was pretty lame. The Japanese Hibachi and the French restaurants were the best.

The only downfall- there's almost no nightlife. While there are bars and a few smaller shows, it's not a party place and pretty laid back and quiet. So if you are looking for a more active nightlife you won't find it there.
