You're welcome to discuss your vendors, but this is not the place to take up serious complaints/issues with your vendors, or talk poorly about vendors you have not used. Our forums are a place to offer advice, feedback, suggestions and gaining insight. Not a means to give contractual details that might have fallen through.
We understand that disagreements occur and mistakes happen. But we have no way of knowing exactly what happened, if it's really a competitor, who's telling the whole story and who is not, etc. This is how we reserve these boards for our brides only.
Once you're contacted about excessive bashing of a particular vendor and decide you will continue to post about the topic, you have chosen to violate our community rules and therefore choose not to be a part of our community anymore. This has nothing to do with the vendor - this is action The Knot takes.
