Okay, judge not ladies, but I bought dress #3 today. LOL! I love my dress, I got it from the Brides Against Breast Cancer sale, but it's QUITE poofy with a long train. I wanted to have a second dress option for the reception. I found one a few weeks ago & bought it for $20, but the more I thought about it the more I realized it really didn't look wedding dressy at all. (because it wasn't a wedding dress). Long story short I ended up @ Long's Bridal today because they are having a huge clearance sale so I was looking for a dress for my FMIL for the wedding. Found an Alfred Angelo dress for her for $10!! Then, I saw it. A beautiful ivory (my dress is white... I really wanted ivory) strapless dress... in my size. So, being the curious person I am, I tried it on. I considered getting it as a reception dress but quickly realized that was silly because it has a huge train that would need to be cut off which would cost a lot of $. WELL... the train was detachable. AND... the dress was $25! All of the wedding dresses there are $25 right now!!!! So, I had to buy it. So now I have a beautiful wedding & reception dress, for less then half the cost of having my wedding dress bustled (which I don't have to do now). It really is beautiful, not some cheesy ugly 80s prom looking wedding dress. So if anyone needs an inexpensive dress (especially you Savannah Grace girls) GOOOO check them out! The dress I bought was orignially $800 & my FMIL's was $180. THere's no AC which sucks BIG time, lol but they are having the huge sale this weekend. They also had some beautiful veils for I think $5 or $10. & shoes for $5-$8 (not a big shoe selection though honestly) & all their formal dresses were $10-$20. So, now I'm found a new addiction. Buying stuff I don't really need because it's beautiful and cheap, lol. Anyway, had to gush over my amaaaazing buys!
